Returns and refunds

  • Items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Exchange policy

  • Exchanges are valid for all items except sale and discounted items, bodysuits, swimwear, intimates, hair accessories and earrings. 
  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt, in brand new condition (tags intact, unwashed, unaltered).

Subject: EXCHANGE FOR [enter your 6 Digit Order Number/s (e.g. 123456)] 

Content: Item details [style name, size, colour, qty] + Reason for exchanging 

  • Once a confirmation email is received, customer may mail the return to us. Exchanges are only valid if package is mailed back to us within 10 working days from the date package was delivered. Delivery via a mode that allows tracking is highly recommended. Cruise will not be liable for any packages lost in the mail. Delivery cost will be borne by the customer. 
  • Exchange approval is subjected to availability of the stock.
  • Customer can only exchange for item(s) amounted to the same or more than her/his purchase.
  • Items are only valid for a one-time exchange only.
